Day 3
Mehendi, Haldi & Sangeet
- Morning Haldi Ceremony o Mandap decorated with marigolds, mango leaves & banana stems. o Rituals with dholak beats & traditional songs.
- Mehendi Function o Open-air riverside / courtyard setup with colorful drapes. o Professional mehendi artists with divine motifs (peacock, lotus, ganga-jal kalash). o Refreshments: chaat, lassi, samosa, imarti.
- Afternoon Leisure – Optional visit to Alopi Devi Temple for blessings.
- Sangeet Night o Theme: “Sangam Sangeet” – blend of devotional music, Kathak dance & Bollywood tunes. o Décor with diya walls & floral rangoli. o Gala Dinner: Awadhi + North Indian + Continental cuisine. • Overnight stay.
Day 4
The Sacred Wedding at Sangam
- Morning Baraat o Groom’s royal entry with dhol, nagada & decorated horse. o Welcomed with tilak, arti & shankh naad.
- Wedding Ceremony o Mandap near Triveni Sangam (or riverside setting), decorated with lotuses, diyas & marigold garlands. o Vedic mantras with pandits invoking blessings of Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati. o Sacred vows taken with holy water from Sangam.
- Wedding Feast o Satvik vegetarian menu with Awadhi delicacies like kachori-sabzi, teekha aloo, peda, rabri, jalebi.
- Evening Departure or next morning checkout.
